About NecroTempus
NecroTempus brings selected modern Minecraft interface features to version 1.7.10. It connects Crucible server APIs with compatible clients, allowing a server to send interface data and updates that the client displays in game. This gives server owners more ways to communicate events, player information, and other server-controlled content while continuing to run a legacy Minecraft version.
Features
- Boss bars: display customizable boss bars, with support for mod integrations.
- Titles and action bars: show server-controlled messages in dedicated interface areas.
- Player list customization: add custom headers and footers, and display player heads.
- Custom glyphs: render images as characters, including for custom inventory layouts.
- Modern fonts: load and render newer fonts, with optional compatibility for Angelica.
Server owners can control features through the Bukkit API or CraftTweaker. Glyph and font options can also be configured with Omniconfig.
NecroTempus is built for Minecraft 1.7.10 with Forge 10.13.4.1614. It requires Java 8, Omniconfig, and a Mixin 0.8.5 or newer provider, such as UniMixins. See the wiki for usage examples and API details.
