Description
Neptune is two things at once; a mod that allows you to customize the list of splashes that can appear on the Minecraft title screen, and an API that mod developers can hook into to allow them to add custom splashes of their own.
What's a splash? I'm glad you asked, young padawan. An example of a splash would be the yellow text in the picture below:
