adds a machine to make netherite -- to make u have to put gicueal at top and diamond at bottom and hit combine, also for scrapper u need to put 2 scraps in one at bottom and one at top and hit scrap

Description
adds a machine to make netherite scraps, the recipe wont show in jei for sum reason but in the netherite maker u need to put 1 gicueal at top and 1 daimond at bottom and u get 2 scraps, 2 iron, and 1 netherite scrap, also for scrapper u put 1 scrap at top and 1 scrap at bottom and hit scrap to get 1 iron and 1 copper also this is my first mod so it does suck alot lol alr have fun!
