Overview

Nighty’s Scorched Guns Animation Compat is a lightweight client-side compatibility addon for Scorched Guns 2, Entity Model Features (EMF), Fresh Player Animations / FA+Player, and optionally Punchy.

It fixes animation and rendering conflicts that can occur when using Scorched Guns weapons together with player animation mods.

Punchy and Fresh Player Animations / FA+Player are optional.

Features

  • Fixes first-person arm snapping, jitter, and incorrect positioning while using Scorched Guns weapons
  • Prevents EMF / Fresh Player Animations from interfering with Scorched Guns weapon poses
  • Fixes incorrect third-person movement and pose conflicts while holding weapons
  • Fixes additional hand and arm animation conflicts when Punchy is installed
  • Automatically enables Punchy compatibility only when Punchy is present
  • Client-side only
  • Lightweight and does not add gameplay content
