NinjaGallery – Expanded Shinobi Encounters for Your World

NinjaGallery adds a curated selection of over 15 custom shinobi NPCs to your world, each designed with unique identities, combat behaviors, stat profiles, and rare drops.
The goal of the addon is to make the world feel more alive and progressively challenging while keeping gameplay balanced for both early-game and late-game players.

Encounters range from approachable early-game opponents to high-tier legendary characters that require preparation and skill.
Every NPC is built to feel distinct, creating memorable fights and rewarding exploration.

Key Features

• 17+ NPCs, each with unique combat behavior, stats, and personality ( Minato, Sasuke, Kaguya Otsutsuki, Toneri  etc... )

• A new Way to get Dojutsus.. Neji and Hinata can drop their Byakugan which is rare but this makes it possible to evolve into the Tenseigan.. killing Hiruzen gives you access to enma or killing Sasuke also has a low chance of dropping his EMS,

•  The Six Eyes dojutsu can now be unlocked as a regular KKG/Dojutsu (can be changed in the configs)

• Fully configurable spawn rates, balance options, and integration settings

• Built to extend your progression without breaking balance or overwhelming early players

• Shadow Clone Sage Mode Charging.. just summon a Shadow Clone and Press Jutsu 1 while looking at the Shadow Clone

Gameplay Experience

NinjaGallery focuses on natural world integration. NPCs appear as part of normal gameplay, offering spontaneous battles, rare loot hunts, and new progression goals.
The stronger characters are intentionally rare and act as mini-boss encounters, while early-game NPCs help create a smoother start for new players.

Actively Expanding

New characters, balance improvements, additional dojutsu options, and deeper integration systems are planned.
NinjaGallery grows with every update and aims to become a complete world-expansion addon for long-term playthroughs.

Every Version above 0.4 requires NarutoMod 3.2
