About
Description
Nite's Vanilla Addons strives to bring vanilla-friendly additions to the game and change some already existing stuff to improve upon these.
From adding new sets of armor that are vanilla friendly to bringing more variety to early game using different wood type tools and more means of getting food, to full retexturing of some types of blocks to improve their look and feel in the world of Minecraft.
Nite ReTex
Acacia ReTexture

Acacia has had a bit of an overhaul texture wise, making it slightly darker which in itself doesn't seem like it makes a big difference, but seeing the villages and builds with the retextures Acacia does have a nice refreshing impact on the view!
Birch ReTexture

The same goes for Birch. A lot of people hate (on) Birch for being just the wrong color and therefor do not use it in builds as a "main" building block. So, to try and fix that I thought making it properly look like Birch's IRL counterpart, instead of what in the real world we classify as "Yellow Birch", might be a good way to start off that newfound love for Birch!
Extra Info: Both ReTextures are fully compatible with Chipped, Farmer's Delight, Create, Rechiseled, and Rechiseled Create,
Nite Armor & Tools
Copper Armor

Stats: Between Iron and Diamond
Special: This set's pickaxe becomes the required tool to mine Zinc Ore when paired with the Create mod by simibubi.
Emerald Armor

Stats: Better than Wood & Gold, worse than Iron.
Special: This armor set gives an Endurance XP gain bonus when this mod is paired with the Project MMO mod by Harmonised_.
Amethyst Armor

Stats: Between Diamond and Netherite, seen as an in-between progression set as Netherite has become more difficult to make a full set off.
Amethyst Alloy

The above Amethyst armor set is crafted using the new "Amethyst Alloy", crafted as seen above with 4 Amethyst Shards, 1 Iron Ingot, and 3 Diamonds.
Crafting Recipe:

Wood-type Specific Swords & Tools

Adding a bit more flavor to early game, and giving collectors even more collecting to do, there are now wooden swords and tools for every type of wood. To have this work optimally I suggest the Polymorph mod by TheIllusiveC4, as this assures the resulting item is made of the correct type of wood. The default vanilla wooden set comes closest to Spruce so those have been textured and named as such.
Extra Info: Every set is further showcased in the images section of the mod, and is also fully compatible with Project MMO.
Nite Foods
Meat Chunks

These chunks of meat are by default dropped only by spiders, to give hunting spiders a bit more reason other than hopefully getting string and a spider eye, adding a food source for early game.
Glistening Carrot

The Glistening Carrot stands between the Golden Apple and its enchanted counterpart, giving you a short Regeneration II, and a longer Resistance II, Fire Resistance II, and Absorption III (6 hearts of absorption).
Crafting Recipe:
