No Baby Hostiles, formerly known as No Baby Zombies (nobz) is a very lightweight, configurable* mod that prevents the natural spawning of:

  • Baby zombies,
  • Baby husks
  • Baby drowned
  • Baby piglins
  • Most modded baby hostile mobs*

in your world. 

*Only in recent & popular versions!
