Ender Tools

I started this mod back on Minecraft 1.2.5F as a simple mod to add stronger tools and an easier method to acquire ender pearls. Over the next few versions, it remained un-updated until Minecraft 1.6.4F. Since then, I've been maintaining it and adding features over time.

The obsidian tools are non-breakable tools that mine slower than diamond and require a decent amount of obsidian for a full set of tools. The option is in the config for a harder to acquire set of obsidian tools made of blaze rods instead of sticks. These are meant to replace diamond tools in long mining excursions. Mining at the speed of iron tools limits these tools heavily in the sense of not letting them acquire more obsidian at an efficient rate.

The next tier of tools that require obsidian tools to make is called ender tools. Ender tools require ender pearls and the obsidian tool to make. These tools have the same durability but also have bonuses to making them. Ender axes can cut down entire trees in one right-click. Ender picks can mine every block of ore attached to the first one you right-click. Ender hoes till a 3X3 area. Ender shovels dig out all gravel and raw clay that you right-click. Lastly, the ender sword has two versions. One that cost diamonds and the other that doesn't. The normal one has the ability to teleport you via ender pearl upon right-clicking. Do it too much and you'll die. The one that cost diamonds allows you to keep teleporting as much as you want.

One of the nice things about this mod is that it adds ender cane and ender sand. Ender cane will grow like sugar cane but has two growth stages(30 random ticks) before it can grow another level. The max height and individual stock can grow is 4 blocks tall. Ender sand on the other hand takes 15 random ticks only and can convert any piece of sand to it. The advantage of ender sand is that it only takes one ender pearl. Ender cane takes 4. One piece of ender cane produces one ender pearl meaning you are investing for more. One piece of ender sand takes four ender dust which comes form a single ender pearl and produces one ender dust per sand. Much like ender cane. Ender cane can only grow on obsidian while ender sand can be placed anywhere.

NOTE: The original release on Minecraft 1.2.5F will not be released since the mod was extremely cheaty back then.
