Inspired by 1 click 1 block.

This is an accessability mod that helps to prevent multiple block  breaks or placements when first clicking. The initial delay is configurable per button, in th mod config sceren.

The delay can configured to acellerated after each repeat.

By default both left and right mouse buttons will delay their repeat by 20 ticks, with the delay decreasing by 4 ticks every repeat, down to a minimum delay of 4 ticks.
