Just really fun lore and gameplay interactions, dislike most of the mods apart but together with the lore it's great. Quest book well written with lore explaining the mechanics of the modpack.

Only real problem with it is no performance mod added to the modpack.

Description

This mod makes Ice and Snow Layers not melt from nearby light.

It also allows Snow Layers and Ice to form in cold biomes even if it's so bright that they would not normally form.

Frosted Ice from Frost Walker Boots is not affected.

This mod works clientside for use in singleplayer worlds or serverside for use in multiplayer worlds without the client needing to have the mod installed to connect.

Please post issues on the issue tracker on GitHub and not in the comments.

Feel free to use it in any modpacks.

This mod should NOT be reposted to any mod rehosting websites UNLESS no files are copied over and the download is linked back to CurseForge.
