Placeable Suspicious Blocks

Adds a number of block items representing suspicious sand and gravel blocks with predefined loot tables. Originally, suspicious blocks can't be easily placed artificially so they have items inside.

Also supports items with custom defined Item/LootTable contents, example:
/give [Player] brushables:custom_suspicious_sand(or gravel){Item:"..."}

OR
/give [Player] brushables:custom_suspicious_sand(or gravel){LootTable:"..."}

Also, since CurseForge moderation apparently does not qualify key feature overview with a direct usage guide as a thorough enough description, I want to notice that this mod affects users' experience exclusively positively, allowing for easier suspicious blocks access, as well as accessing the custom ones, which may be very helpful in map building and various events / activities.
