⚠️ Beginner Mod | Feedback Welcome

This is a mod created by a beginner Minecraft mod developer who is still learning and improving with every update. My goal is to continue developing Player Dimensions, adding new features, improving performance and polishing the experience over time.

Constructive criticism, suggestions, bug reports and ideas from the community are very welcome! If you find something that could be improved, feel free to share your feedback. I'm always looking for ways to learn and make the mod better.

Player Dimensions

Create your own personal or shared dimensions, right from your inventory.

Player Dimensions lets any player forge a brand new world of their own, a second Overworld that lives alongside the main one. Use the Dimensional Key (or hit Home) to open the Dimension Manager and get started.

Key features:

  • Create named dimensions on demand: pick a name, a difficulty, and a world type (Flat or Normal terrain generation), then jump right in.

  • Public or private: keep a dimension just for yourself, or open it up so anyone can visit. Private dimensions are also automatically shared with your scoreboard team, so allies can drop in without you lifting a finger.

  • Fully independent weather and day/night cycles: each dimension runs its own clock and its own weather, completely decoupled from the Overworld and from every other dimension.

  • Real terrain, real ore, real structures: Flat worlds generate 200 blocks of stone above bedrock, seeded with genuine ore veins (not just flat layers) and every vanilla structure type, including villages. Normal worlds get a fresh, truly random seed every time, so no two dimensions and no dimension and the Overworld ever generate the same.

  • One click way home: a dedicated "Return to Overworld" button teleports you back, and remembers exactly where you left off in every world you visit, so you always pick up right where you were.

  • A proper interface, not a command: a styled, icon driven GUI shows your dimensions and everyone else's public or team ones side by side, with instant create and delete feedback.

  • Built in safety: deletion is locked by default every time you open the menu, so a stray click can't wipe out a world you actually wanted to keep.

  • A little polish: a first visit loading screen with a day or night scene depending on what time it is back in the Overworld welcomes you the very first time you step into a new dimension.

Perfect for personal builds, private getaways, team bases, or just giving every player their own sandbox without touching the main world.

This is only the beginning. More features and improvements are planned as development continues. I also plan to release Player Dimensions for additional Minecraft versions in the future, so more players can enjoy the mod.
