Mod Review by Danilus
Overview
Note: Right now, pointers need the chunk containing their target to be loaded. Pointers will be able to load chunks to access their targets via a config option soon.
Pointers is a mod that lets you access things remotely with the use of Pointers. To bind a pointer to a block, put it in your off-hand and crouch right-click on the face of the block you want it to point to (yes, the specific face matters). Once you have a pointer bound, right-click with it in your main hand to access its target.
The configuration file allows you to set a maximum radius from the target block in which the pointer can be used, whether or not specific pointer types are enabled, whether or not the mod should add crafting recipes, how much energy pointers should store, and how much energy each type of pointer should use.
