Description
Physically simulated tabletop dice for Minecraft.
This mod is primarily built as a library to be integrated with tabletop-simulating mods. Basic dice items can be crafted and rolled from survival aswell.
Rolling from chat
/roll <expression> (or /r) throws virtual dice. These can't be picked up, but still do appear in the world.
Expressions support + - * /, parentheses, and these modifiers:
| Modifier | Example | Effect |
|---|---|---|
hN |
4d6h3 |
keep the highest N |
lN |
2d20l1 |
keep the lowest N |
r=N |
3d6r=1 |
reroll dice that show N |
r<N |
3d6r<3 |
reroll dice below N |
r>N |
3d6r>5 |
reroll dice above N |
Up to 100 dice of up to 1000 sides per roll. Sizes without a model, such as a d7, are thrown as d20s.
Other commands:
/polyhedrals config default_colors <face> <detail>sets your dice colors, e.g.ffd700 4b0082.
Crafting
- Bone + 1 dye: a d20 in that color.
- Bone + 2 dyes: a d20 with the first dye as faces, and second as details.
- Die + 1 or 2 dyes: recolors the die.
- Die: the next size down (d20 to d12 to … to d4, and d4 wraps to d100)
