Adds support for post processing effects to be applied globally on 26.1 like in 26.3 snapshot 3 and above!
Check out my resource pack this was made for: Film Noir
Should support most 26.3 resource packs automatically while also allowing extra configuration to support older packs which used the spectating vision method for displaying post processing without the need to spectate the mob.
