Project ECHO wasn't just another Cold War experiment. It was the CIA's attempt to answer one simple, terrifying question:

Between 1953 and 1973, under the umbrella of MKULTRA, real men and women were subjected to sensory deprivation, chemical alteration, repeated psychological conditioning, and the systematic destruction of their sense of reality. Most files were destroyed in 1973. But some echoes remained.

In this mod, you are Subject #47.

At first, nothing seems wrong. Your world looks familiar. Your base feels safe. But the longer you stay, the more the walls start to whisper.
