The Public Safety mod focuses on adding the devils from chainsaw man into minecraft, including their powers.
MAKE SURE YOUR FORGE PROFILE/MODPACK IS THE MOST RECENT VERSION OF FORGE AKA 47.4.20 (OR ATLEAST NOT 47.3.0 SPECIFICALLY)

-Fox Devil (Contract is in structures)
-Shark Devil
-Zombie Devil
-Fish Devil
-Tomato Devil
-Gun Devil (Must collect gun devil pieces from other devils to craft the contract)
-Curse Devil (Contract is in structures)
-Blood Devil
-Chainsaw Devil (Boss)
