Description
Raids and Claims 2.0
Raids and Claims 2.0 is a complete rewrite of the original Raids and Claims mod. Instead of being a simple update, it introduces an entirely new foundation with redesigned mechanics, improved flexibility, and significantly expanded gameplay. Nearly every system from the previous version has been replaced or reworked to provide a more polished experience for both players and server administrators.
The mod is built around a fully customizable building and raiding framework that allows server owners to create anything from casual survival experiences to highly competitive faction-based servers. Most gameplay mechanics can be configured through the server configuration files, making it easy to adapt the mod to different playstyles without modifying the code.
Despite the number of available features, the core gameplay remains simple and intuitive, allowing new players to quickly understand the mechanics while still offering enough depth for long-term progression.
Custom Building System
Raids and Claims 2.0 introduces a completely custom building system that is independent of vanilla Minecraft mechanics. Structures created with this system become part of the mod's progression and raiding mechanics, allowing for features that would not be possible with standard block placement.
Raiding System
The raiding system is designed specifically for structures built using the custom building system. This allows raids to remain balanced while preventing unintended interactions with the rest of the world. Server owners have extensive control over how raiding works through the configuration.
Building Upgrades
Buildings can be upgraded through four progression tiers. Each tier increases the durability and effectiveness of the structure, encouraging long-term progression while giving defenders meaningful ways to strengthen their bases.
Groups
Create and manage groups to build, defend, and raid together. The group system is designed to support multiplayer gameplay while remaining easy to configure for different server types.
Extensive Configuration
Almost every major mechanic can be customized. Server administrators can fine-tune progression, raiding behavior, balancing, permissions, and many other aspects of the mod to fit their community.
Compatibility
Raiding tools are designed to work alongside other mods that introduce explosive weapons or devices. This includes mods such as Superb Warfare, as well as virtually any mod that adds explosive-based equipment, including RPG launchers, grenades, or similar weapons from mods like TACZ.
Designed for Servers
Raids and Claims 2.0 was developed with multiplayer servers in mind. Its modular design, extensive configuration options, and compatibility with popular combat and weapon mods make it suitable for a wide variety of server styles, from light survival gameplay to heavily PvP-focused experiences.
