Blocks around the player mutate into a random block every minute, all mobs except the ender dragon caught within the radius will die.
A single block around the player mutates every half second.
30% chance for a block to mutate when placed.
Important blocks such as obsidian and end portal frames cant be randomly mutated unless placed.
