Randybits will no longer be updated
Without a doubt, this was my most demanding project. I had, and still have, many ideas to continue it... however it is impossible for me to keep going given the lack of reception it received. I suppose overengineering doomed me to this. Thank you so much to everyone who supported it back in the day, and maybe, just maybe, I’ll be inspired to give it a few touch ups in the future
Multiplayer Compatibility
Multiplayer functionally isn't widely tested yet. There is no certaninty that it will work correctly in every case. Further testing and 100% multiplayer functionality will be added through incoming versions.
Known Bugs
- CintBot 3D model is a little misplaced.
- There is a chance of not triggering the "Defeat" condition after dying in a Intersection.
- Randypedia sometimes doesn't perfom its close animation (partially fixed).
- Small bugs not worth mentioning.
Missing Things
As this is the first ever public version (not even an official release), there are still some "missing things", such as the "Lore" tab inside RandyPedia. Custom music will be eliminated next update.
What to Expect in Future Updates
Apart from completing the "missing things" and preparing the mod for complete multiplayer compability, there are also plans to enhance the Intersections with features and conditions to make them look better than just a flat land.
On the other hand, improving/adding 3D models, animations, and sounds will always be part of the updates. There are also plans to make a rank scale based on the time of the fight.
Discord Server?
I haven't created a Discord server yet. I will think about creating one depending on how much popularity RandyBits can get. For now, feel free to report bugs or ideas in the comment section. I will be seeing and answering them! :)
RandyBits! Welcome to one of the most unique mods out there. RandyBits is a pseudo-bossrush mod for Minecraft, which revolves around Randy. Your goal as a player is to fight and defeat Randy in each of his 3 phases separately. He will change his behaviour, abilities, and call his bots friends for help, so you better be ready to fail multiples times!
