Real Seasons

A Fabric mod that brings a fully automatic four-season system to Minecraft.

Every world naturally progresses through Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. By default, each season lasts 7 Minecraft days before automatically changing to the next one. All season data is saved with the world and synchronized between the server and all connected players.

• Frequent rain
• Crops grow 20% faster
• Mild temperatures

☀️ Summer

• Long sunny days
• Rare thunderstorms
• Crops grow 30% faster
• Sprinting consumes more hunger

🍂 Autumn

• Moderate rain
• Falling leaf particles
• Increased apple drops from oak leaves
• Weather gradually becomes colder

❄️ Winter

• Rain becomes snow
• Water freezes naturally
• Crops grow 50% slower
• More hostile mobs spawn at night
• Random blizzards
• Rare Harsh Winter event

🌡 Body Temperature

Players have a body temperature ranging from 0°C to 100°C.

Temperature decreases during:

• Winter
• Night
• Snowfall
• Cold biomes
• Blizzards

Temperature increases near:

• Campfires (+20)
• Lava (+15)
• Furnaces (+10)
• Fire (+12)
• Magma Blocks (+8)

Effects:

• Below 30°C – Slowness and faster hunger drain.
• Below 10°C – Freezing damage.
• 0°C – Extreme freezing damage and severe movement slowdown.

🖥 HUD

The built-in HUD displays:

• Current season
• Season day
• Body temperature
• Active weather
• Blizzard warnings
• Harsh Winter warnings

The HUD can be moved, resized or disabled.
