Redstone Gear Mod

Redstone Gear Mod 1.15.2

This mod adds Redstone Alloy to the game, with Redstone Alloy you can craft tools and armor!

Installation

This mod requires Minecraft Forge for 1.14.4 - https://files.minecraftforge.net/maven/net/minecraftforge/forge/index_1.14.4.html

Once you have forge installed, install the Redstone Gear Mod.jar and place it in the mods folder.

Crafting

Crafting recipes can be found in the images tab.

Tools

Redstone tools mine faster than iron tools, but slower than diamond tools.

Their damage values are very close to iron tools but their hit speed is much greater.

They have a durability of 780 (iron tools have 250, diamond tools have 1561).

But the power of science comes at a price, redstone tools cannot be enchanted!

Sword

The Redstone Sword has the same attack damage as the Iron Sword, but with a much greater hit speed.

The sword also sets the target on fire briefly, and has a slight knockback.

It has a durability of 780 like the rest of the tools.

Like redstone tools, the Redstone Sword cannot be enchanted!

Armor

Redstone armor has the same defence values of iron armor, but it has higher durability values:

for the helmet - 220,

for the chestplate - 320,

for the leggings - 300

and for the boots - 260.

Wearing a full set of redstone armor grants you a jump boost, speed, and haste!

Those come at a price, redstone armor pieces are not enchantable!
