Description

Redundant Guns is a companion addon mod for NineZero's Gun Expansion and MrCrayfish's Gun Mod, adding even more weapons and attachments in the NZGE/CGM artstyle. This addon is for the enthusiast who enjoys having a large selection of guns to choose from -- many guns are variations on existing weapons in NZGE and CGM, or share the same role/niche as an existing gun, hence the 'Redundant' name.
For optimal play experience, set the CGM headshot multiplier to 1.5.

Feature List:
- Over 10 additional weapons to play with, all balanced around the default NZGE and CGM guns.
- One barrel attachment and one stock attachment, both being modified variations of existing NZGE attachments.
- Crafting recipes for all items, allowing them to be used in survival mode.

Versions:
Redundant Guns will initially be available for 1.19.2. I plan to port it to 1.19.3, 1.19.4, and 1.18.2. In the future, I may also do a one-time backport to 1.16.5.
Actively supported versions
1.19.2
These versions will receive all content updates, minor updates, and bug fixes. Updates will first be released on the main development version, after which the new update is ported to the other actively supported versions.
The main development version (currently 1.19.2) is the one I use for developing new features and implementing cross-version bug fixes. These changes are then ported to the other actively supported versions.
Occasionally, the main development version will have pre-release builds for testing new features and bug fixes before they are pushed into a full release.

Contributions:
As Redundant Guns only has basic localizations for English (en_us, en_uk, and en_au), I welcome and encourage all volunteer efforts to translate Redundant Guns into other languages.
If you would like to contribute translations, please open an issue or pull request on the mod's GitHub repository and provide a language json file with the translations. Your help is appreciated!

Q&A:
Q: Can I use this in my modpack?
A: Yes you may. As a courtesy, please include the mod's name and/or a link to it on your modpack's page or mod list. On CurseForge, a modpack's 'Relations/Dependencies' page effectively serves as a mod list.
Q: Can you port the mod to x version?
A: I can only port Redundant Guns to Minecraft versions that have an existing NZGE version. See NineZero's Gun Expansion's mod page to see which versions NZGE supports.
Q: Why doesn't your mod have localization for my language?
A: Translating and localizing Redundant Guns is primarily a volunteer effort, as I am only fluent in English, but I welcome and encourage efforts to translate Redundant Guns into other languages. If you would like to contribute translations, please open an issue or pull request on the mod's GitHub repository and provide a language json file with the translations. Your help is appreciated!
