Creates a config file
config/remember-lan-port.propertieswith the default Minecraft server port value 25565 if it does not already exist -
Autofills the port from the config file into the Open to LAN menu; autofilled port number is green

If the port has changed, saves it to the config file on successfully opening to LAN

Only works across all worlds, not per-world
