This NeoForge mod adds Rubies back from Pre alpha, but in a different way. Rubies are introduced as standalone ore, which can be crafted into tools and a portal.
Includes a large focus on traversing worlds with enhanced world generation, structures, dungeons, and more for players to find unique loot.
Neoforge is a fork of the Minecraft Forge available for versions 1.20.1+ of Minecraft. Many Forge mods are compatible with Neoforge and vice versa.

Restored Rubies
This mod for NeoForge adds Rubies from prealpha back into Minecraft as standalone resources. These rubies have late game benefits, such as high attack power and built in efficiency.
Mobs
This project adds exactly one mob to the game, which is the Ruby Zombie. Grotesque, twisted crystal monstrosities, they will relentlessly try to kill you if you find yourself near a ruby vein in a Stony Peaks. Upon death, they drop the Ruby Portal Igniter, an essential tool for progression, because it lights the Ruby Portal.

Rubies, the fundamental item. Ruby Swords, Ruby Pickaxes, and Ruby Battleaxe. Also ruby armor. Ruby armor has missing texture on leggings. Also an item, is the bucket of ruby pool. Ruby pools generate in the Ruby Dimension. The Ruby Flower is a decoration.Blocks
There are 4 blocks in this mod:
- Ruby block, crafted from rubies, aesthetic only
- Ruby pool, spawns instead of water in the Ruby dimension
- Ruby Portal, nether portal equivalent for the Ruby portal
- Ruby Flower, a decorative (but slightly ugly) flower.
