Description
Reticulum
Logistics you draw instead of configure. Cables and connectors join your machines into one network. Then you design what moves between them as flow charts in a node-graph editor: items, fluids, energy, redstone, Mekanism chemicals and AE2 channels.
One network, many flows
- One cable for everything. No separate pipes per resource, and no per-side settings on the block.
- A connector touches up to six machines. Anything that holds items, fluids, energy or chemicals becomes a device on the network.
- Wireless. A controller antenna reaches connectors no cable joins: within 128 blocks, across the dimension, or across every dimension.
Flows are drawn
- Wire a chest to a furnace to a chest. Put a filter, rate limit, splitter or kit (all-or-nothing recipe sets) in between.
- Sheets inside sheets keep big bases tidy. Switch a whole sheet with redstone, a timer or how full a tank is.
- Blueprints: build a setup once and place it again and again, with each placement on its own blocks.
- Redstone logic built in: compare, logic, timer, pulse, latch, counter and delay. Read or drive any device's redstone through the network.
- Filters with a searchable picker for every item, fluid and chemical, plus a short text syntax for tags, mods, enchantments, durability and more.
The editor
It opens inside the game window, using the system's own web view, or in your browser. It's served by your own game client and only reachable from your computer by default. A dashboard shows what your network costs, its busiest flows, and anything waiting or switched off.
Built for big bases
A network with 1,024 connectors and 2,048 routes ticks in about half a millisecond.
Also
- Identify: light up any machine through walls, so you can find it.
- Facades: make cables and connectors look like any block.
- Security: public, password or private networks, with member roles.
- Power: free by default; servers can set costs.
- Look-at info with Jade or The One Probe, or with the network tool held.
Mod support (all optional)
Mekanism (gases, infusion, pigments, slurries) · Applied Energistics 2 (channels between ME networks, no cable between them) · Jade · The One Probe
