Reverse Eon
Reverse Eon is an adventure mod for Minecraft Forge 1.20.1, partly inspired by the world of Reverse: 1999. Survive the storm, you will play the role of Arcanist, awaken your own Aura, and create your own portable dimension, a suitcase.
⚡ The Storm
A timeline-bending weather event that reshapes the world while it rages:
- Reversed rain — in the later phases, the rain stops falling and instead streaks upward into the sky, with glowing motes and floating debris.
- Three escalating phases with cinematic, fading on-screen narration, intensifying lightning, rising danger, and shattered-glass cracks creeping across your screen at the climax.
- Storm Syndrome — debuffs that build over time unless you're protected.
- Survive, or be rewritten — when The Storm passes, the old timeline is washed away.
Shelter with the Equilibrium Umbrella or hold a Hofmann Knot to keep your own timeline intact.

🔮 The Arcanist Path
A full progression system earned only by braving The Storm:
- Level up by taking Storm damage (1 EXP per hit, multiplied by storm phase and allies).
- Damage Weight (spell power), mana regeneration, and more scale with your level.
- The Arcanist Aura (press R) — a powerful buff mode with movement speed, regeneration, higher jumps, real emitted light, and a beat-pulsing screen vignette.
Aura Colors
Every aura has its own colour, music track, and identity:
- Plain colours — assigned to you, each with a signature effect.
- Special colours — rare rolls with unique power:
- Crimson — double Damage Weight (at the cost of taking double damage)
- Void — extended uptime
- Gilded — unlimited Hofmann Knot & bonus Storm EXP
- Prism — a random effect every 10 seconds
- Verdant — doubles HP & mana regen for you and nearby allies
- Proximity sharing — stand near an ally's aura and you'll hear its music and feel its presence.
- Aura music volume slider added right into the vanilla Music & Sound Options screen.

🧳 Your Own Island Dimension
Place the Timekeeper Suitcase (Dimension Portal) to anchor a private island dimension, then manage it from the in-world Computer Suitcase terminal — toggle monster spawning, lock the portal, set your exit point, read the Visitor Log, or reset the island.

👥 Characters
- Vertin — a wandering Arcanist who trades rare goods and follows those who carry her hat.
- Sonetto — keeper of the Arcanist record; attune your Aura and bank EXP with her.
- Matilda — colour-warden who lets you re-roll your aura and browse the full Colour Codex.
- Carbunclew — a storm-born critter you can tame, command to stay or follow, and rely on in a fight.
Shift + right-click an island ally to have them follow you.

📖 The Tome of the Eon
An in-game guide that tracks your collected items, recipes, a living Bestiary with rendered models, Storm phase notes, and your full Arcanist profile — all in a polished, page-turning book UI.
💀 Soul Hourglass
When a friend falls, use the Soul Hourglass at the island wheel to pull their soul back — or summon Vertin and Sonetto to your side.
🧩 Compatibility
- Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge 47.2+
- Recommended: Curios API (for the Vertin Hat & Arcanist ID charms) and Iron's Spellbooks (Damage Weight & mana integration).
- Plays nicely with Create, Supplementaries, Amendments, Embeddium/Oculus.
