[Deprecated] Reversion - Enhancing Vanilla Block By Block

Reversion is a mod in replacement for my prior mod Immersion (not on Curseforge). It expands upon the idea of Immersion to bring with it the same philosophies that Mojang would use when adding new features into the game. The plan is to add more blocks to the total build palette, adding more variation to builds, and add some more depth to various features of the game. Explore a refined nether with new mobs, blocks, and items, added trays for which you can grow rice & soulbead, new food & new workstations to use to enhance the vanilla experience. Find new variations of blocks to build your favourite new buildings.

LATEST VERSION: v0.002.0084

Currently the mod adds new stone variations, new stone types, 5 new wood types & 3 trees, an early indev Dimension, several new foods, 6 new mobs, 2 new biomes, and will be continually updated with more & more content to better flesh out the world.

Many New Blocks & Mobs as of v0.002.0074

Includes Soul Sandstone, Embercrag, Limestone, New Base Stone Variants, Bricks Variants, Nether Bricks Variations for all 3 Fungi (Crimson, Warped & Viribris). & Variations for 1.17 blocks in preparation for the update to that version.
Aswell as new mobs such as the 3 Primary Duck Variations (Normal, Mallard & Whistling), aswell as a rare "Killer Variation". Frogs & Witherhogs are also included.

New Wood Blocks, And Wood Types

Includes 2 non-tree variations (Chorus & Hyperborae), Palm Wood, Cinnamon Wood, & Viribris Wood! all in Panelled & Posted form.

Savannah Wetlands

Expect to find lots of Acacia, Water, Bees & Cinnamon trees Here! It has a Cinnamon Wetlands Variant.

 

LOTS OF NEW ITEMS & FOODS
Including a Nether-Grown food, the Soulbead a food that must be grown in a soil tray over lava, It can be used to safely distract Witherhogs so long as you are holding it.
Rice & Bok Choy have also been added to grow on normal trays

The goal was to expand on various parts of the vanilla game to make everything much more alive & unique, as such the main focus has been making the nether as livable & as bountiful as the overworld - in future I plan to continue adding things to all facets of the game, including the end!
As of v0.001.0043 there is a workstation for fermentation, a sizable chunk of foods, unique concepts when it comes to agriculture such as the tray or felling, over 100 different blocks & their variants, a new wither-mob, and everything is added in a way that follows Mojang's own philosophies.

There is even a small amount of hidden lore!

It is highly recommended you install Polymorph & JEI to play this mod.

Please feel free to report anything you may consider as a bug below, with the speed that I release updates it is almost impossible to catch them all, and the more bugs we catch, the better the mod shall be to enjoy!
