Description

RGBCraft

Programmable RGB lighting and full light shows for Minecraft.

Build a lighting network out of cables, controllers and addressable fixtures, then program it to do anything: soft room lighting, rainbow strips, smart-home scenes, or a full concert rig with moving heads, lasers and cues.

✨ New in 0.3: Light Shows

Spotlights

  • RGB Moving Head: pans, tilts and zooms, and projects 8 gobo shapes onto walls.
  • RGB Beam Light: a tight, sky-cutting beam.
  • RGB Par Can: a wide colour wash.
  • RGB Laser: razor-thin beams in 8 patterns: Single, Fans, Spinning Tunnel, Light Sheet, Grid and Starfield.

Beams light up the air and land on whatever they hit.

Point Wand

Select your lights, click anywhere up to 160 blocks away, and they all aim there. No pan/tilt numbers needed.

Show Console

  • Up to 8 blended layers, each with its own colour, effect, movement and beam settings.
  • Cue list with GO, Back and Release, fades, auto-follow and a tempo per cue.
  • Stage map for grouping fixtures, plus tap tempo, a master fader and blackout.

18 effects

Solid, Gradient, Rainbow, Chase, Pulse, Sparkle, Wipe, Strobe, Alarm, Comet, Scanner, Fire, Twinkle, Breathe, Wave, Theater Chase, Colour Cycle and Lightning.

💡 Fixtures

  • Surface strips, corner strips and panels that snap together around corners, walls and ceilings.
  • Diffused variants, RGB glass, light pillars and string lights.
  • Iron, copper, deepslate and quartz LED profiles for clean architectural lines.
  • RGB redstone lamps and lanterns.

🔌 Networks

  • Copper, shielded and photonic cables carry both power (FE) and data.
  • Basic, Advanced and Show controllers scale from a single room up to 16,384 pixels.
  • Repeaters, power injectors, server racks and redstone interfaces.
  • The Screen Controller turns a wall of fixtures into a pixel display.
  • Smart Home controllers add rooms, groups, scenes and wireless remote control.

🧰 Tools

  • RGB Remote: control lights from up to 64 blocks away.
  • Mapping Wand: network diagnostics.
  • Program Card: copy a whole show from one controller to another.
  • Surface Wrench: fine-tune how strips connect.

💻 ComputerCraft (optional)

Drive individual pixels, screens, smart homes and cues from Lua with CC:Tweaked.

🌈 Coloured lighting (optional, experimental)

A GPU coloured-light renderer makes your lights actually tint the world around them. It's off by default and can be turned on in Video Settings.
