Description
Rock n Stone
Rock n Stone is a world generation mod that changes ore distribution to follow individual sets of climate and environmental conditions, making certain ores spawn in more dedicated types of terrain than in Vanilla.
This is achieved by removing the normal placement of ores, reading a set of .json files for restrictions on specific NoiseRouter values, then checking per chunk whether or not the ore should generate based off said restrictions.
Rock n Stone ships with an internal set of values to change ore generation, however you may change these values by loading a datapack that overrides the shipped values which you can find a template for here.
For more information about the mod, you can check out our wiki.
