Description

Feature list (in depth)

New ores

  • Meteorite - used to craft blocks/items in the Locksmith tab.
  • Azurite - used to craft blocks/items in the Puzzle master tab.

New blocks

  • Locksmith tables - used to set a key's signature or a lock/chest/door/trapdoor signature or matching key; See keys and lockable blocks below.
  • Locks - having a unique signature, with the option of matching all types of keys with that signature or just a select few key levels; Emits a Redstone signal when activated.
  • Combination locks - with a 3 digit, 5 digit or 7 digit combination; Emits a Redstone signal when activated.
  • Doors - lockable doors, which can be opened by between 1 and 3 different keys; Interacting with the door with all configured keys at least once is needed to unlock and open it; If interacted with when open, will automatically close and lock; When hit with a Redstone signal, it becomes barred and cannot be opened, even with the correct keys, until the signal is turned off; If set to 0 keys, then it becomes a regular door.
  • Trapdoors - trapdoor version of the lockable door block.
  • Chests - locked chests that have to be opened with keys in order to access; Same 3-key model as door blocks; Texture changes based on number and level of keys; There are also elemental varieties.
  • Glowing chests - needing a charged revealing amulet of the appropriate color in order to open.
  • Levers, spoked wheels - levers with custom textures, for more variety.
  • Rope, rope hooks, anchor points, weak points - blocks used to create rope, which can be climbed, when vertical, or walked on, when horizontal; Can be used to suspend certain falling objects, like barrels and crates (including explosives).
  • Spike traps - many varieties, some which are active all the time and some which require a Redstone signal.
  • Fire traps - when powered by a Redstone signal, they produce one of 3 types of fire that only damage certain living entities; This fire does not spread or burn blocks; The 3 types are:
    • Greek fire (magenta/pink) - hurts more than regular fire; Hurts all entities equally;
    • Soul fire (light blue) - hurts a lot more than regular fire; Only targets mobs that are of the Monster variety;
    • Fell fire (lime green) - hurts a lot more than regular fire; Does not target mobs that are of the Monster variety, but targets all others.
  • Siege cauldron - drop all 3 types of fire on your enemies, depending on the fuel of your choice.
  • Portcullis - Redstone blocks that can raise a portcullis, made from any solid blocks you prefer, with great control over the portcullis size.
  • Drawbridge - made from 3 different types of wood, in different lengths; Must be activated using a mod lever or spoked wheel, cannot be activated by a Redstone signal.
  • Climbable blocks - vines, wooden planks, loose stones, iron fixtures, scaffolding.
  • Barrels and crates - falling blocks that can be held up by rope; Explosive versions available; There are also 2 special barrels that provide boosts.
  • Hay and leaf carts - for when you need a soft landing spot.
  • Altars - used to change the color of a revealing amulet (but does not charge it).
  • Braziers, lanterns - in 5 different flame colors each; When lit with a revealing amulet, they emit a Redstone signal, based on flame color; Decorative versions exist.
  • Grand brazier - creates a ring of Soulfire that will only damage Monsters; Useful in protecting a camp against monsters; Has some specific activation requirements; Can only be activated at night and deactivates in the morning.
  • Puzzle blocks - various types, with each configuration emitting a different kind of Redstone signal; Can be combined with signal checker blocks to create devious puzzles; Use revealing amulets to cycle the configuration.
  • Moon locks - locks that look like regular stone blocks except on nights with the same lunar phase as the one on which the block was first placed, when they become "revealed"; Can only be integrated with when revealed, use moon keys to do so.
  • Moon dials - showcasing the current lunar phase and emitting a different strength of Redstone signal when doing so.
  • Special Redstone blocks
    • Signal extender - extends a Redstone signal duration, based on that extender's configuration.
    • Signal checker - only transmits a Redstone signal if the input signal matches the set constraints.

New items

  • Keys - used to unlock doors, chests, locks etc.; Keys have a unique 5 digit signature that, once set, cannot be reset; The keys match against locks based on signature and type; They come in multiple varieties:
    • Bronze, Iron, Gold, Netherite;
    • Gemstone keys;
    • Elemental keys;
      • Woodland (Bronze level);
      • Desert (Iron level);
      • Frozen (Gold level);
      • Lava (Netherite level);
    • Moon key (used to interact with special moon locks).
  • Rope arrows - used to shoot lines across gaps, with special rope hook blocks; Can also shoot vertical lines that attach to vertical rope hooks.
  • Revealing amulets - used to interact with certain puzzle blocks; These are recharged using lit Soulflame blocks, like torches, campfires etc.; Regular crafter amulets have no charge and must be activated at an altar; Activated amulet colors:
    • Green;
    • Blue;
    • Purple;
    • Red;
    • Orange.
  • Various crafting ingredients
  • Debug stick - only in creative mode, use to see various information about locked entities, such as signatures, type/types of matching keys, block status, owner etc.

Custom structures

  • Azurite mines - found underground, including at the deepslate level, these mines contain multiple Raw Azurite ore veins.
  • Meteors - found underground, including at the deepslate level, these meteors contain concentrated Raw Meteorite ore inside.
