RPGMinecraft

RPGMinecraft is a simple yet amazing mod that adds the element of chance to a few things. The detailed changelogs can be seen below.

1.0.0: The Block Update

The Block Update adds BDCF (block-dice chance functionality) to commonly mined blocks such as logs, stones, and ores. These use d20 rolls. The DCs (difficulty classes, or the minimum roll required for the event to occur) are listed below:

Logs:

  • DC 6
  • Bonus 16

High Stones:

  • DC 11
  • Bonus 18

Tier 1 (wood tier) Ores:

  • DC 12
  • Bonus 18

Tier 2 (stone tier) Ores:

  • DC 13
  • Bonus 18

Tier 3 (iron tier) Ores:

  • DC 14
  • Bonus 18

Tier 4 (diamond/netherite tier) Ores:

  • DC 15
  • Bonus 18

This is also the base update, meaning it adds dice. These are used to set a constant value for all rolls of that kind.

I'm sorry I haven't been keeping up with this mod! I actually did have plans to update this, but then Interstellar came out and it became a higher priority. I will update this mod at some point, but I haven't had much time due to the development of Interstellar! After I release the final 1.x.x update on Interstellar, I promise I will come back to this! I will also be shifting it to Neoforge due to my modding software now requiring a plugin for forge.

Plans for 1.0.1:

  • Low Stones
    • DC 12
    • Bonus 18

Plans for 1.1.0: The Combat Update:

  • EDCF (entity-dice chance functionality)
  • Combat Improvements
Fabric Version? I don't have a Fabric Plugin, therefore no.
Curseforge? I prefer Modrinth, and as much as I would like for all users to play my mod, no.
Any other mods you would recommend? Try my other mods. They're a lot more functional than this, and recieve actual updates if they aren't end-of-life.
