SandShop — Auction House, Dynamic Shop & Crate Keys Give your world a real economy. SandShop turns any Fabric world into a Donut SMP-style server: sell your loot to bots that actually agree to a price, buy anything you need from a shop that moves with supply and demand, open crate keys with a spinning RNG reel, and send money to your friends — all inside the normal Minecraft chest GUI.
What it adds Feature 💰 Auction House (/ah) — fixed-price listings, no bidding, with real buyer bots 🛒 Dynamic Shop (/shop) — every item in the game, prices rise and fall as players trade 🎁 Kits & Crates (/kit) — hourly, daily and weekly keys with an animated RNG reel 💵 Economy — balances, /pay, /eco for admins, and a live HUD on your screen 🖥️ Vanilla GUI — the default Minecraft chest screen, no custom textures, no resource pack 💰 Auction House — /ah List an item for a fixed price and let the market come to you. There is no bidding — put up 16 ender pearls for $800 and $800 is the price.
Real buyer bots browse your market constantly:
Fairly priced items get bought — and the money lands in your balance instantly, even if you are offline. Overpriced items just sit there. Nothing forces a sale; they wait for a real player or expire after 7 days (collect them from Your Listings). Bots message you in chat to haggle: "yo Steve i see ur 16x Ender Pearl for $800 — too expensive, ill buy it for $300" with a clickable green SELL button. Accept it and the deal is done and the money is yours. You can also accept with /ah haggle <id>. Bots restock the market with their own listings, so there is always something to buy. Browse listings in the chest GUI, or from chat: /ah browse, /ah browse <page>, /ah my, /ah buy <id>, /ah cancel <id>, /ah search <text>, /ah sell <price>, /ah price <amount>.
🛒 Dynamic Shop — /shop Every item in the game, in one chest GUI.
Left-click to buy 1 — hold shift to buy 16. Right-click to sell 1 — hold shift to sell 16. Prices move with the market. Buying an item pushes its price up, selling pushes it down, bounded between 50% and 300% of its base value. Every price is shown on the item itself. Your balance updates the instant a trade goes through, on the HUD and in the menu. /shop search <text> filters by item name (or use the search button in the menu). 🎁 Kits & Crates — /kit Claim your keys from /kit, or from the Kits & Crates button in the main menu:
Key How you get it Rare Key every hour Epic Key every day Legendary Key every week Hold a key and right-click to open its crate. The chest GUI plays the classic spinning RNG reel, then reveals your prize with a sound and a server-wide announcement. Click Collect to take your loot.
Drop odds:
Key Common Rare Epic Legendary Rare 60% 30% 9% 1% Epic 25% 45% 25% 5% Legendary — 35% 45% 20% Legendary drops include netherite blocks, beacons, the dragon egg, nether stars, tridents, the mace and stacks of god apples. Crate pools cover a wide spread of building blocks, ores, gear and enchanted books, so a rare key is still worth opening.
💵 Money & HUD A clean money HUD in the middle right of your screen shows your name and your balance, and flashes yellow the moment it changes. Balances save per world, so your money survives restarts and server reboots. ⌨️ All commands Command What it does /ah Open the Auction House GUI /ah sell <price> List the item in your hand at that price /ah price <amount> Set the price in the GUI sell flow /ah browse [page] Browse listings from chat /ah my See your own listings /ah buy <id> Buy a listing by id /ah cancel <id> Cancel one of your listings /ah search <text> Filter listings by item or seller name /ah haggle <id> Accept a bot's haggle offer /shop Open the Dynamic Shop /shop search <text> Filter the shop by item name /kit Open the Kits & Crates menu /kit rare|epic|legendary Claim a key directly /money Show your balance /money <player> Show another player's balance (op) /pay <player> <amount> Send money to another player /eco give|take|set <player> <amount> Admin economy controls (op, permission level 2) Searching: press the search button (compass) in the AH or Shop menu and you get a clickable chat line — click it, type the name, send. Use Clear Search in the menu to go back to the full list.
🏷️ Prices Prices are tuned to a real server economy instead of vanilla-scrap values:
Item Price Dirt / cobblestone $100 Iron ingot $15,000 Diamond $120,000 Netherite ingot $1,500,000 Totem of Undying $3,000,000 Nether Star $10,000,000 Elytra $20,000,000 Dragon Egg $100,000,000 Every tool and armour tier is priced in order (wood < stone < iron < diamond < netherite), potions, spawn eggs, books and music discs are auto-priced by category, and the shop covers every item in Minecraft — hand-priced highlights first, everything else generated automatically.
You start with $100,000 and every value is editable in config/sandshop.json after your first launch.
📥 Installation Install Fabric Loader for Minecraft 1.21.1 — https://fabricmc.net/use/ Download Fabric API for 1.21.1 (0.116.x+1.21.1) from Modrinth or CurseForge. Drop both jars into your mods folder: fabric-api-...+1.21.1.jar and SandShop-1.21.1.jar Launch the Fabric 1.21.1 profile. Nothing else is needed — the mod runs on the client and the server, and works in single player, LAN and on a dedicated server. Everyone playing needs the mod.
📝 Notes Balances, listings and shop prices are stored per world in <world>/data/sandshop/*.json. Works with existing worlds — no reset needed. No fake player entities: the bots are simulated in the background, so they never spawn into your world and never lag it. License: MIT — use it, share it, put it in a modpack. Requires Fabric API. Built for Minecraft 1.21.1.
