SBW Helldivers

Bring Helldivers-inspired stratagems to Minecraft with this add-on for Superb Warfare. Equip a beacon, enter a stratagem code, and throw it to call in a hellpod or an Eagle attack.

Stratagems

  • Automated sentries: Machine Gun, Gatling, Rocket, Autocannon, Mortar, EMS Mortar, Gas Mortar, Flame, and Laser Sentries.
  • Manned defenses: HMG Emplacement, Anti-Tank Emplacement, and Grenadier Battlement with a deployable protective wall.
  • Minefields: Anti-Personnel, Anti-Tank, Incendiary, and Gas Mines.
  • Shield Generator Relay: A transparent energy shield that blocks incoming projectiles while allowing shots from inside to leave.
  • Eagle support: Eagle Airstrike and Eagle Strafing Run.

Stratagems include deployment animations, mechanical effects, and sound. Use X to mark a creature or location. Sentries prioritize eligible marked enemies; mortars can bombard a marked location.

Getting started

  1. Obtain a Stratagem Beacon from the Helldivers Stratagems creative tab.
  2. Sneak + right-click to choose up to four stratagems.
  3. Hold Alt and enter the displayed directional code using WASD or the arrow keys.
  4. Left-click to throw the activated beacon.

Mounted weapons support aiming and firing. Administrators can also deploy players in hellpods with /helldivers drop <player> and control marking with /helldivers marking true or /helldivers marking false.

Requirements

  • Minecraft Java 1.20.1 with Forge 47.2.0 or later.
  • Superb Warfare: developed against 0.8.9.1 hotfix. Use its all-in-one distribution; its bundled model libraries do not need separate installation.
  • Kotlin for Forge 4.11.0 or later, using a version compatible with Minecraft 1.20.1.
  • Install this add-on and its required dependencies on both client and server for multiplayer.

Language and compatibility

English (US) and Simplified Chinese are supported.

Some TACZ 1.1.8-series projectile interactions are supported, including hits on sentries, walls, mines, and shields. This is partial compatibility; TACZ is not a dependency.
