Simple Mini-Portal

This mod adds one item: the mini-portal.

Crafted with lapis, glass, redstone, and a diamond, this item can be initially used to set a teleport destination - and shift-right-clicked to remove it (to be set again).

Once a destination is set, it can then be used again to teleport there after a short charge-up period - although it will cost 1 XP level and the charging period slows you down, putting you at risk.

You can use it to travel any distance, however it can only be set and used in the overworld - you cannot use it to return from a different dimension.

The goal of this mod is to promote adventure during mid-game (pre-elytrae), allowing the player to travel from home without the risk of being lost or running out of resources on or before the way back.
