Have you ever wondered why arrows fired by Skeletons in vanilla Minecraft are completely useless once they miss and hit the ground? Normally, skeletons fire infinite arrows tagged as `DISALLOWED`, leaving them stuck in the dirt until they vanish after a minute.

**Skeleton Arrow Pickup** fixes this annoying limitation! All arrows shot by skeletons can now be collected, put in your inventory, and shot back from your own Bow or Crossbow.

- 🎯 Collect Missed Arrows: Walk over any skeleton arrow stuck in the ground or blocks to pick it up!
- 🏹 Full Skeleton Family Support:
  - Standard Skeleton (regular Arrows)
  - Stray (Tipped Arrows of Slowness)
  - Bogged (Tipped Arrows of Poison)
  - Wither Skeleton (if wielding a Bow)
- 🧪 Tipped Arrow Retrieval: If a Stray or Bogged shoots at you, the retrieved arrow retains its actual potion effect!

  - pickup_chance: Change collection chance from 100% (`1.0`) to any custom percentage (`0.0` - `1.0`).
  - affect_all_monsters: Optionally allow arrows from Pillagers, Piglins, etc. (`true`/`false`).
  - play_pickup_sound: Toggle the classic inventory pickup pop sound.
