Getting Started

Right from the start you can craft the wooden shuriken out of just 4 wooden planks (Any planks will work)!

Regular Shurikens

Obviously you'll want to upgrade, to upgrade past wood youll need a Shuriken Frame.

With the Shuriken Frame crafted you can then make any of the shurikens in the bullet point list below with the following recipe format:

• Cobblestone
• Iron
• Gold
• Diamond
• Emerald
• Netherite

Regular Shurikens all have increasing damage stats as well as a chance of breaking which decreases with better Shurikens. All of these will also stick to objects allowing you to run and pick them up again, unless they break of course.

Special Shurikens

The following recipes create their respective shuriken's all of which have different abilities tied to them. All of these are single use other than the Ender Shuriken at the moment.

Ender Shuriken

Features:

• Teleports the thrower to wherever it lands (will land at the bottom of the ocean if thrown in water, same applies to lava).
• Instantly kills whatever it hits.
• Can be picked up but has a higher chance of breaking.

Water Shuriken

Features:

• Spawns a sphere of water wherever it lands.
• Works in the nether (Doesn't Evaporate).
• Good for filling areas with water

Ice Shuriken

Features:

• Spawns a sphere of Ice wherever it lands.
• Traps whatever it hits until it is killed.
• Good for making landscape too!

Lava Shuriken

Features:

• Spawns a sphere of Lava wherever it lands.
• Obviously does lots of damage and burns whatever it hits.
• Spawns lots of lava so good for fuel if you have the buckets.

TNT Shuriken

Features:

• Huge explosion where it lands.
• Instantly kills mobs around the explosion.

Cobweb Shuriken

Features:

• Spawns a sphere of cobwebs where it lands.
• Traps whatever it hits in the cobwebs.

Lightning Shuriken

Features:

• Spawns a bolt of lightning wherever it lands.
• Can charge creepers and change pigs into peg men etc.

God Shuriken 

Features:

• Instantly kills whatever it hits.
• No chance of breaking.
• Is Infinity

Anvil Shuriken 

Features:

• Spawns a small sphere of anvils 15 blocks above wherever it lands
• Crushes victims caught underneath

Poison  Shuriken

Features:

• Does initial damage on hit like any other shuriken
• Inflicts poison effect on the target for a decent duration
• Breaks after one use

Slowness Shuriken

Features:

• Does initial damage like any other Shuriken
• Applies a slowness effect to the target for a decent duration.
• Breaks after one use

Spectral Shuriken

Features:

• Does initial damage like any other Shuriken
• Applies the highlight effect to hit target allowing you to see their outline through blocks for a decent duration
• Breaks after one use

Modpack Permissions

Full permissions, if you do end up using it as part of a modpack please let me know in the comments, it'd be great to see.

Servers & Server Setup

There is now no need for a seperate server version of the mod, just install the same mod across the server and all that want to connect and get playing with your friends (Unless on 1.16.5). 

Future Plans & Updates

The mod is in a good state right now so will be kept the same unless additional content is requested. Going to begin development of some new mods that are samurai themed but will make sure this mod is still kept up to date to latest versions of Minecraft where possible.
