Change at what light levels hostile mobs spawn at!

Description

Using this mod you can modify at which light level and under mobs spawn at. The default value is 0, just what minecraft normally is, mobs can spawn at light level 0 and under, but under 0 doesnt exist.

Setting it to, for example, 6, makes hostile mobs spawn at light level 6 and under, so 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6!
