SpeedUp! is a lightweight Minecraft mod that lets you change your flying speed instantly in Creative and Spectator mode — no commands, no menus, no configuration screens.

Simply hold Ctrl and use your mouse wheel to choose exactly how fast you want to fly.

Whether you need precise movement while building or want to cross thousands of blocks at ridiculous speed, SpeedUp! puts it right under your fingertips.

⚡ How does it work?

While playing in Creative or Spectator mode:

Ctrl + Scroll Up → Increase fly speed
Ctrl + Scroll Down → Decrease fly speed

Every time you change the speed, a small vanilla-style indicator appears above your hotbar:

Fly Speed: 4x

Release Ctrl and your mouse wheel immediately goes back to normal hotbar scrolling.

No commands. No menus. Just Ctrl + Scroll.

🏎️ From 0.1x to 16x

SpeedUp! gives you a wide range of flight speeds:

0.1x → 0.2x → 0.3x → … → 0.9x → 1x → 2x → 3x → … → 16x

Below vanilla speed, adjustments use precise 0.1x steps, making slow and accurate movement easy.

Above vanilla speed, each step increases by 1x, all the way up to 16x.

1x is the standard vanilla Minecraft flying speed.

Want to carefully position yourself while building? Drop down to 0.1x.

Need to get somewhere fast? Crank it up to 16x. 🚀

🛬 Set your speed before you fly

You don't even need to be flying to use SpeedUp!

While standing on the ground in Creative Mode, you can hold Ctrl and scroll to select your desired speed.

For example:

Stand on the ground → select 6x → start flying → you're already at 6x.

Changing the multiplier never automatically enables flight and does not affect your normal walking speed.

• Spectator Mode

Switch between them and your selected multiplier stays with you.

Survival and Adventure gameplay remain untouched.

Install SpeedUp! normally by placing the .jar file inside your Minecraft mods folder along with its required Fabric dependencies.
