Speedy ghasts is a datapack about increasing your happy ghast's base speed by 20% along with letting them increase by 50% of their original speed while above y320!
You can also apply speed potions to them while you're on and looking at them
To access the config you use the command /function speedy_ghasts:config. you're able to change their base speed and speed above y320, as well you can also change if they can have potions applied to them or if they have the speed boost above y320
