Description
This mod adds, but is not limited to, spray bottles that you can paint with!
Spray bottles come in all 16 colors and when used, will spray out paint that will change the color of blocks!
With this first version, only blocks that already have 16 colored varients (concrete, glass, terracotta, etc.) can be painted different colors.
Future updates will aim to add compatability with other mods, and new blocks to color! (and a couple other fun bits)

Note: Spray Cans and Paint Brushes can both be used to paint sheep!

Paint Bucket and Paint Brush
The spray can is nice for covering large areas quickly, but sometimes you want a little more control. The paint brush will paint one block at a time.
Brush/Bucket recipes
Slay a polar bear to get Polar bear fur! 
When you first place down the paint bucket it will be empty. Fill it with a water bucket to add water! (A bucket with only water in it can be used to clean paint brushes that already have color on them.)
Right click on the filled bucket with dye to turn it into paint, then finally right click on the paint bucket with a paint brush to start painting!
Notes:
Paint buckets have about 3 uses before needing to be refilled.
To get a new color on a paintbrush either use it all up or R-click on a paint bucket filled with water to clean it.
Spray Cans and Paint Brushes can both be used to paint sheep!
