SunPowerTools

This mod adds a new ore material and a few useful tools to Minecraft!
The theme is “Sunlight.”

The new ore cannot be mined in caves.
Instead, it is obtained by exposing materials to sunlight.

All tools crafted from this new material are powerful!

Added Blocks

Sunshine Stone
The main feature of this mod!
Everything starts with crafting this block.

Red Heat Block
An intermediate material used to create Sunshine Stone.
It can be crafted from a Block of Raw Iron and a Magma Block.
Place a Magma Block beneath this block and expose it to sunlight — it will transform into Sunshine Stone.

Force Barrier Block
A block designed to help you survive terrifying nights.
When placed, it generates a protective barrier around itself for a certain period of time.
Mobs have difficulty entering the barrier!
Place a bed inside the barrier and safely wait for morning.
Crafted using Blaze Powder and a few additional materials.

Added Items

Sunshine Ingot
Obtained by breaking down Sunshine Stone.
You get 8 ingots from one Sunshine Stone, but it requires 9 ingots to craft it back — keep that in mind.
(You won’t normally use Sunshine Stone directly.)

Power of the SUN
A byproduct dropped when creating Sunshine Stone.
Required to craft special items.

Stone Fort
Generates a simple stone base structure.
It can only be used if there is empty space 7 blocks above you and 3 blocks horizontally around you.

Zip Ice Map
Generates a Blue Ice road.
Requires a 3×64 block empty space in front of you.

Zip Rail Map
Generates a railway path.
Requires a 3×80 block empty space in front of you.

Note: Stone Fort, Zip Ice Map, and Zip Rail Map are somewhat tricky to use.
It is recommended to try them once in Creative mode first.

Tools & Armor

Tools and armor can be crafted from Sunshine Ingots, just like crafting iron tools and armor.

Tools restore the attacker's HP when hitting enemies.
They also repair their own durability upon attacking.

Armor grants different effects depending on the equipped piece.
Wearing the full set provides an additional bonus effect!

Additionally, the armor automatically repairs its durability while exposed to sunlight.

Added Trades

New trades have been added to the Mason villager.

Notes

This mod was developed by the creator to make Survival mode easier and more comfortable, so some features may feel a bit unconventional.
