Ticket-based support system for Fabric servers. Players open tickets with /support, admins manage them in a GUI panel: claim, teleport, locate, cancel. Currently available in German only.

Support Panel

A simple ticket-based support system for Fabric servers. Players send their problem as a ticket, admins handle it in a clean in-game panel.

Note: the mod is currently available in German only (chat messages). English support may follow.

For players
- /support [text] opens a ticket with your message.
- /support without text reminds you to add your request.
- Each player can have one open ticket at a time.

For admins (OP)
- /support opens the Support Panel with all open tickets.
- Each ticket shows the player's head, name and message.
- Claim / Unclaim: take over a ticket. Your head and name appear on it.
- TP: teleport to the player.
- Locate: get the player's coordinates in chat.
- Cancel: close and delete the ticket.
- New tickets trigger a red notification in the admin chat.
- The panel updates live when tickets change.

Details
- Tickets are saved in config/supportpanel_tickets.json and survive server restarts.
- Multiple tickets are split into pages.

Requirements
- Minecraft 1.21.8
- Fabric Loader and Fabric API
- Install on the server and on the clients of admins who use the panel.
