Star Worm Plus (Multiplayer AdminTools)

What do we add to the game?

(Admin and Moderator abilities specifically for multiplayer server moderation and adjustment.)
(Please see the wiki for full usage of these abilities, including exclusion of Staff groups)

✮ Dimensional Difficulty - Choose which dimensions have which diffuculty.

✮ Dimensional PvP - Choose which dimensions have PvP and which ones don't.

✮ Dimension Locks - Make each dimension its own game mode! (All players or per group)

✮ Region Locks - Make each region its own game mode! (All players or per group)

✮ Plot Fly - Within DimLocks or RegionLocks, creative fly without access to creative mode.

✮ Blackist - A config and command controlled blacklist. 
Entities may also be blacklisted, however this is only accomplished in config.
Items will be unobtainable and disappear upon pickup, regardless of gamemode. This can be bypassed with the Blacklist Bypass Key.

✮ Permission Keys - Levels of access and ability dependant on what keys the player is granted. 

✮ On Duty - Staff are granted roles. When On Duty, their messages are shown with color to easily spot their messages in chat and let players know when certain people are off work enjoying the server just like them!

✮ Thru Command - Staff can /swpm thru, without needing creative mode or access to W/E

✮ RECIPE(S): Make dye out of flowers, charcoal, and more

✮ RECIPE(S): Bulk craft items like chests and torches from raw material

✮ RECIPE(S): Craftable 'pony' (vanilla horse) saddles, armor, and name tags

✮ RECIPE(S): Crafting shortcuts for items like saplings, leather, grass blocks, and more!

✮ ITEM(S): A 'mercy blade' to humanely kill animals 'painlessly' with one hit. (This item ONLY affects passive mobs such as but not limited to: cows, pigs, sheep, chickens.)

✮ ITEM(S): Naturally generating healing items that affect passive mobs and the player

✮ ITEM(S): 'Paint Filler' to triple your dye

✮ ITEM(S): Knapsacks as cheap but limited backpacks!

✮ BLOCK(S): Charcoal block, a cheap fuel for large smelting jobs

✮ BLOCK(S): Fuel Block, an infinite fire source for fire-fueled blocks (i.e. kiln)
