To get the moss you need to make a blade:
RightClick on mossy cobblestone:
Now mossy cobblestone is crafted from moss and cobblestone, not vines
Make a bioreactor:
In the upper slot you need to put one item:
Biofuel from moss (smelt one item):
Portable DNA Sequencer:
RightClick on slime or spider with paper in nondominant hand:
Portable Genome Editor:
Modification of moss:
