TAB Compass

Player Tab

Shows each player's locator-bar (compass) color as a small dot in the Tab player list.

Features

  • Colored locator dots next to each player in Tab
  • Matches the same colors as the vanilla locator bar
  • Works with or without player heads shown
  • Keeps normal username colors
  • Keeps vanilla ping bars
  • Client-side only

Locator-bar colors exist from 1.21.6 onward, so older versions are not supported.

Install

  1. Install Fabric or NeoForge for your Minecraft version
  2. (Fabric) Install Fabric API
  3. Drop the matching TAB Compass jar into your mods folder

Notes

  • Each player who wants the dots needs the mod installed (client-side)
  • Quilt usually works with the Fabric jar
