Datapack to increase dimension height in my modpack. Requires Mining Dimensions, which is only available on CurseForge.

Description

This datapack is specific to my modpack and changes the height of several vanilla and modded dimensions:

  • The Nether build limit is changed to 384
  • The End build limit is changed to 512
  • The Nethering build limit is changed to 384
  • Caving Dimension build limit is changed to 384

The dimensions don't automatically scale up that high, it's extra free space to build.

This datapack also fixes the issue with 1.20.1 and Incendium where Incendium doesn't change the system build height for The Nether. This fix is a side effect of a bug from Mining Dimensions that doesn't allow an override for The Nethering to have it's build height increased directly, so I have to change the vanilla Nether to fix both dimensions.

My modpack also has Tectonic in it, so to change the Overworld's build height to 512, I had to edit Tectonic's config file, not use a datapack json file like this. Thanks "2032 World Height" for the heads up on that!
