Adds a new temperature statistic that is effected by the following
- Time of day
- Biome Temperature
- Weather
- Nearby Blocks
- Food Consumption
- Potions
- Some New Items
(Hand Warmers, Ice Packs)
- Insulating Enchantment 
(Chestplate Enchantment)

If your temperature drops to low you can experience-
Stiffness - Slowness, Mining Fatigue
Frost Bite - Damage over time (similar to poison)
If you temperature exceeds health levels you can experience-
Exhaustion - Slowness, Nausea
Heat Stroke - Damage over time (similar to poison0
