No reviews yet
Temperature API is a simple to use API that allows mod developers to implement temperature systems into minecraft easily.
Does not follow a specific thematic focus apart from vanilla Minecraft.
Used for mods with little to no gameplay elements.
Enhances game performance and optimizes resource usage.
Adds extra features or content to an existing mod.
Provides a framework or library for other mods to use.
Fabric is a mod loader for versions 1.14+ of Minecraft, particularly popular for client side and optimization mods.

Temperature API : What does it do?
Adds a simple and fast API to get temperature, body temperature, items cold / heat resistance.
Also allows mod developers to add their own biome through a simple json file.
(view the documentation for the api overview and usage.)
Temperature API is used in my other mod, Body Health System forked, so go check that out if you're a user and are interested.
Current mod compatibility :
Serene Seasons. Adds compatibility with Serene seasons and changes temperature based on season.
Biomes O Plenty. Adds by default biome temperatures and humdity.
Dehydration (Only if you use the Body temperature API)
Non compatible mods :
Fabric seasons : Currently not supported. And probably wont. Use Serene seasons.
Biome mods that don't have the API implemented that don't have builtin support.
