About
Description
This mod is a wrapper for a datapack that simply makes Farmer's Delight Knives and Nether's Delight Machetes count as modified swords to the Tetra tool system.
This allows Tetra to use Knives and Machetes as cutting implements in the Worktable!
You can also put the items onto the Tetra workbench and change a tool part to transform them into variously modified Tetra swords
If you install the 1.20.1 version alongside Tetracelium and Nether's Delight, Knives will be handled by Tetracelium while Machetes are handled by this mod. Note that installing this without Nether's Delight in 1.20.1 adds no utility; just use Tetracelium for that case.
As of the most recent 1.19.2 release, Delightful knives are supported if their materials were in base Tetra's compat or Tetranomicon.
The Tetra equivalents for knives and machetes are textured differently to the items, so they may suddenly change appearance if modified. Also note that if you convert a knife to a Tetra shortsword (only possible without Tetracelium installed), it will no longer be able to cut items on a cutting board or harvest straw.
If you'd prefer, the raw datapack can be downloaded here.
